What is llms.txt?

llms.txt is an emerging standard that helps AI models — ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews — understand the structure of your site. Think of it as a sitemap built for AI crawlers.

Why it matters

When someone asks an AI a question, the model may crawl and cite your site — but only if it can efficiently understand your structure. llms.txt increases your odds of being cited.

How to generate
