Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to host, pre-render, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal under applicable law (including the law of the user's country of residence).
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM) — we report to NCMEC and equivalent authorities.
- Promotes terrorism, incites violence, or constitutes hate speech.
- Infringes the intellectual-property or privacy rights of third parties.
- Distributes malware, spyware, ransomware, exploit kits, or browser-hijacking scripts.
- Conducts phishing, credential harvesting, social-engineering scams, or impersonation.
- Operates pump-and-dump schemes, deceptive crypto/financial fraud, or unlicensed gambling.
- Sells or distributes controlled substances or weapons in violation of law.
Prohibited conduct
- Circumventing usage limits, rate limits, or billing controls.
- Probing, scanning, or attempting to breach the security of the Service or other customers.
- Using the Service to launch denial-of-service attacks against any target.
- Reverse-engineering or scraping the dashboard for competitive intelligence.
- Reselling the Service without a written commercial agreement.
- Using the Service to cloak content (showing different content to bots vs. humans for deceptive ranking) in violation of search-engine guidelines — pre-rendering equivalent HTML is fine; deceptive cloaking is not.
Reporting abuse
Report abuse to abuse@renderbeam.com. Include the URL, the type of issue, and any supporting evidence. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours.
Enforcement
Violations can result in immediate suspension, termination, removal of cached content, refusal of refunds, and cooperation with law enforcement. We will use the least disruptive measure that effectively addresses the issue whenever practical.
