Data retention and GDPR

What we store, how long we keep it, and how to export or delete your data.

    Updated 5/4/2026

    What we store

    While your account is active:

    • Profile (email, name, plan).
    • Projects (domains, API key hash, bot settings).
    • Render logs (URL, bot name, status, render time) — used for analytics.
    • Render cache (the rendered HTML itself).
    • Support tickets and messages you send us.

    Retention windows

    Exporting your data

Settings → Export your data generates a JSON download with profile, projects, render stats, and tickets. Audit-logged for security.

    Deleting your account

Cancel your subscription in the billing portal, then wait out the deletion window (above), or contact support for immediate erasure.

    Subprocessors

    • Supabase — database and auth.
    • Cloudflare — edge / Workers.
    • Stripe — billing.
    • Resend — transactional email.
