Updated 5/4/2026
What we store
While your account is active:
- Profile (email, name, plan).
- Projects (domains, API key hash, bot settings).
- Render logs (URL, bot name, status, render time) — used for analytics.
- Render cache (the rendered HTML itself).
- Support tickets and messages you send us.
Retention windows
| Data | How long |
|---|---|
| Raw render logs | 30–365 days depending on plan (see Plan limits) |
| Aggregated analytics | Up to 365 days depending on plan |
| Render cache | Per your configured cache duration |
| Account after deactivation (trial) | 30 days, then erased |
| Account after deactivation (paid) | 90 days, then PII removed |
Exporting your data
Settings → Export your data generates a JSON download with profile, projects, render stats, and tickets. Audit-logged for security.
Deleting your account
Cancel your subscription in the billing portal, then wait out the deletion window (above), or contact support for immediate erasure.
Subprocessors
- Supabase — database and auth.
- Cloudflare — edge / Workers.
- Stripe — billing.
